Frequently Asked Questions
Scorpions Baseball wants to help change the landscape of youth baseball and player development.
Youth baseball has changed significantly over the years, but the game has stayed the same. Developing skills to be showcased on the field is a major focus, but creating a positive environment where players can ultimately succeed is the larger goal. Players adapt and learn best with positive feedback and encouragement. Scorpions Baseball provides structure, top quality programming, and an environment that allows players to grow and succeed in all phases of the game.
The “Scorpions Way” is all about attitude and effort. Providing the resources and platform to build players over time helps build leadership, teamwork, and responsibility. The importance of succeeding on the field, building confidence, and winning all come from the work and effort put in during the season, and at home. Players and teams are successful when everyone buys-in to achieve the same result.
